Meet the fresh face of politics for Morecambe and Lunesdale!

Owen Lambert is the Liberal Democrat Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Morecambe and Lunesdale. Owen has lived in Morecambe nearly all his life and went to local schools Great Wood Primary School and Morecambe Community High School (Morecambe Bay Academy).

Having studied History with Politics at Edge Hill University, Owen now works for ALDC, a group that supports the Liberal Democrats.

The UK Local Elections 2019

Owen ran for Parish and City Councillor during the UK May Local Elections in 2019. Running for Bare South East and Bare City ward, he was one of the youngest candidates aiming to represent the people of Morecambe. The Local Elections in 2019 saw the Liberal Democrats gain three City Councillors and retain their Morecambe Town Councillor.

While he was unsuccessful in running for Council, he is determined that the future of Morecambe will be a Liberal one.
